Corporate Headquarter Service - $600/year (or $50 per month) plus $15 postage deposit

Corporations and Limited Liability Companies must show a legal presence (nexus) in Nevada so as not to be seen as a "shell". This can be accomplished by setting up an office with phones and employees, or by a service which we provide known as "Corporate Headquarter Service". We provide the use of our address, a shared phone number plus a listing in the telephone directory, the limited use of our office to meet with clients, mail forwarding and fax receiving (postage extra). Our employees are your employees (contractual). Also included is an annual "checkup" of your minutes to keep your corporate veil intact. Although we do not include licenses, we can assist in obtaining a City of Las Vegas Business License (including privilege/regulated licenses) for a fee.

Resident Agent Service - $75 per year

  • Required by Nevada law for process service

Nominee Service - $300 per year

This service provides another layer of privacy.  Our staff will be listed on public record sites, allowing the principals of the entity to remain anonymous.

Aged Corporations/LLC’s – Call for availability/price

Local Business Licenses

This service prepares and files the applications required by the various agencies involved with obtaining a local business license.

  • Business License (general) - $225 plus license fees. Additional licenses - $75 each.
  • Garage (Local Business License, Fire Department Permit & DMV License) - $350
  • Liquor - $1,000 first person, $500 each additional person.
  • Special Use Permit - $300
  • Contractor - $300
  • NTA (Towing) - $500 (Local Business License not included)
  • NTA (Limousine)- $1,000 (Local Business License not included)
  • NTA Compliance Only - $200 (Local Business License not included)
